Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Custom-made or fitted products are non-returnable, unless defective.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
Most products come with a manufacturer's warranty, which varies by product type.
Installation services provided by Polyguard are covered under our workmanship warranty.
Polyguard is not liable for damage resulting from misuse, incorrect installation by third parties, or failure to follow maintenance instructions.
